HELLO! IM BACK FROM BRUNEIIIIIIII~!
It's so damn fun at there.
Went there with the hongkah scouts.
The trip was totally awesome! :D
But then sun rise at 6am and sun set down at 6pm.
So early right, but the time zone is the same as Singapore.
First day 2/12/2008 (Tuesday)The first thing was to gather at school at 7.30am.
Gabriel's father drove me to school.
After that gather in group, there was Junshan,Michelle,Jiayuan,Noraini,Justin and Tatyong sir.
It was quite a fun group.In fact, actually it's the most fun group I've ever in.
After we have given our luggage, we went to eat breakfast.
I donno what happen, I'm sick! lololololol. For the first two days in brunei.
I had gastric flu,headache and vommiting. Stupid malaria medicine, make me sick
.
So we wait until 11.30am, to take our flight to brunei.
We took royal brunei.
The entertainment service was so fucking lousy!
It just got the headset service only. No television to watch. :(
We reach brunei at around 1.30pm.
Then went up to a bus, was guide by a tour guide called Hasnal, which looks like my ex-classmate,mirza. Heh! so coincidence.
Then we now know that brunei doesn't have GST or ERP or taxes that they need to pay.
Almost every families have at least 1 car.
Then went to The Holiday Lodge, which was totally awesome. But it was still average. hahaha.
After checking in, went to visit the Malay Technology Museum.
The Museum was like )%@*)(%*@)%@, actualliy it wasn't either warm or cold, it's average, because I've fever. Lololololol.
The Museum doesn't even have air-con, wtf is that. LOLOLOL!
Quite interesting, got a lot of sampan at there. LOLOLOLOLOLOL!
Took a lot of pictures.
After that went to explore @ the mall in brunei.
There's nothing to shop, just to buy gums only :(.
After that went to have dinner.
I'm feeling miserable that time, as I was the only one eating the porridge.
Vommited one time at there, as I drank too much water and felt so uncomfortable.
After that, I was suppose to go for a night tour, but instead went to see a doctor.
Hais, i feel very bad, cause i make sir never go for the night tour. lololol.
Then back at the hotel at around 9pm.
Have PIC at the night, bath and sleep.
Actually slept with justin, then ended up sleeping with smurf cause our rooms are connected. :D
Woke up at around 6.30, i kept rolling around the bed, cause I can't sleep.
And that smurf go change that channel to the movie star channel, hahaha make me wake up and get startled. Hahahahaha!
Second Day 3/12/2008 (Wednesday)Have breakfast at 8.
Next went to the Ambulong Factory.
At first, they showed us how to cut the wood.
Then they went to cut the dead wood, which there is maggots inside.
An uncle took out the raw maggots and went to eat it, the sight is really freaky. ._.
Then they went to fry the maggots, I did not eat it as I felt uncomfortable.
Then went to buy the snacks at there, it taste good.
After that, went to the cottage industry, see the antique stuffs and some of them bought the things, and we saw the incineration plant. And they plan to build the swimming complex somehow like wild wild wet at around that area.
Then had buffet at restaurant, had every meals almost at the restaurant.
After that went to visit the Brunei scouts @ the HQ.
They treat us very well, like "we are family." LOLOLOL!
After that went to visit the fishing village, travel through sampan boat first. HAHAHAHAHAHA.
Then when we first stepped in the house, we were like "WOAH!"
The house is somehow like terrace house, the living room is like so big.
Somemore at the fishing village, there is a school at there,we were fascinated.
After that, went to have our dinner at the hotel.
Then have PIC, then bath and slept.
Third Day 4/12/2008 (Thursday)Woke up at 6.30, change clothes.
Ate breakfast at 7.30.
Then take our things to the Jetty for the 2d1n camp at Temburong.
Arrive there at 9.45, during the trip at jetty, it was fun.
The wind was extremely shiok! :D:D
Then took a mini bus to the Sumbling Eco Village, where we will be staying.
We arrive there almost at 10.30am, then had briefing and ate some snacks like goreng pisang.
Have lunch over there, the villagers cook very well.
After lunch, we had to set fire.
After that, we learnt traps to kill animal.
After that, we have our Jungle Survival, which was like hiking around the jungle.
The leader, Appoi, was a great man, which lead us throughout the jungle.
After that, OTOT, everyone did their things, some of them help out in BBQ.
We had our night walk to the local Longhouse, to learn about their lifestyle and culture.
Then celebrated Mrkum birthday over there.
Teach the small childrens origami
Went back to the village, bath and get ready to sleep.
Slept with Gabriel,jason and justin.
Walao, LOLOLOLOLOL!
Someone snore until very loud lo, and scratch his %@#_(%. and put there for a while
Like wtf!
Fourth Day 5/12/2008 (Friday)Wake up at 6, wash up.
Breakfast at 7. Get brief by the leader.
Depart to the other side of the river and went for jungle trial.
This time, we walk around much longer than thursday.
HAHAHAH! There was many funny incidents, like Jiamin keep falling. LOLOLOL!
She keep dancing hahahaha. :S
After arriving at the end of the river, we went for river floating wearing a life jacket.
Then we float until the river bank, then trek back to the village.
Reach back to the village and have our lunch.
Took a shower after our lunch.
Pack up everything, and depart the village by vehicle to the Jetty.
Then took another boat to Tutong's Jetty.
Then take bus to the hotel.
Have a buffet at the dinner, during the dinner , have PIC.
After that, we had our group party.
Played true or dare at there.
At around 11.30, everyone left, and sir,michelle,junshan,jiamin stayed to play daidi.
Slept at 12.
Last day 6/12/2008 (Saturday)Woke up at 7.50, cause no one wake us up. LOLOLOLOL!
Too tired, so over slept. :S
Have breakfast and went to check out.
Then went to visit the Royal Regalia where the sultan have events.
After that had lunch at restaurant, and had shopping after that.
There is nothing at the mall to shop, hahahahaha.
Then we get out of the mall at 3.30pm.
And reach airport at 4.
Then wait until 5.30 to get inside the airport.
The flight takes off at 6.
Then reach singapore at 8.15.
Malcolm,Mengkiat,Weixuan,Kayle wait for us at the Terminal 2.
Then after that take bus, then reach lakeside.
Then reach home around 10.
